Why sell Beza Threads:

All Beza products are made by women rescued out of sex trafficking in Ethiopia. She changed her world and this ripples out to her family, her community, and even her country.

Women control as much as 80% of the consumer spending in the US. Women like to support other women - it just makes sense. As consumers are becoming more aware of their buying power and shopping their values with their dollars - it's incredibly helpful to have stores like yours to make it possible.


The trend of ethical consumerism is growing as well, customers like knowing the products they purchase make the world a better place for everyone.


Getting Started:

Please fill out the wholesale request form linked here.

We will also ask for a copy of your Resale Certificate, sales tax license, or exemption certificate.

Please allow for 3 business days to review your information, we will respond soon!


Order Details:

Opening order minimum is $300. Reorder minimum is $100.


Payment terms:

All orders require full payment prior to shipping. Beza Threads does not offer terms of credit.


Shipping Policy:

Orders ship from Des Moines, IA via USPS. Custom shipping terms can be worked out as needed. Please email us at info@bezathreads.org with specific shipping requirements.

In stock items will ship within 7 business days.


Out of Stock Items:

We do our best to keep items in stock at all times, however occasionally we are waiting on product to arrive from our artisans. If you order an item that goes out of stock, we will notify you ASAP.

We will keep you updated on timeline expectations and ship out as soon as items are ready.

Standard shipping applies to all orders.


Return Policy:

Any damages or issues with product must be reported to Beza Threads within 5 (five) days of receipt. Photo evidence can be emailed to returns@bezathreads.org, we will review your information to determine if it is eligible for a replacement or credit on your next purchase.

All Beza Threads products are handcrafted by artisans in Ethiopia. As such, small irregularities that don’t compromise the beauty and function of a product are normal! No two products are alike, and each reflects the survivor who made it.


Order Changes:

Please let us know of any changes to your order ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate your requests depending on stock availability. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes. You can place a new order for additional items.

If you need to cancel your order entirely, please notify us within 3 days of placing your order.


Other Policies:

Online retailing must be pre-approved by Beza Threads. By ordering products as a retailer, you’re agreeing:

•Products will only be sold for retail purposes, and will not be redistributed at wholesale.
•Products will not be sold below Beza Threads established retail pricing.
•Third-party websites are expressly prohibited. (I.E. Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc.)


Faire:

We do have an account with Faire, an online wholesale marketplace for retailers and brands.

When possible, we prefer that you order directly through us.
